Kim Puxty –Chief executive officer

Kim has worked within the cleaning industry for over 25 years and has completed several industry-related courses including a collection of Internal Auditing courses, Cert I & II in Occupational Health & Safety Risk Management and Cert IV in Business Administration, Diploma in Management, Governance for Directors and Financial Training for Board Members of Registered Industrial Organisations. Kim is a Justice of Peace (Qualified) and a Graduate Member of the AICD.

Kim has been actively involved as a Board Director on the BSCAA Queensland Board since 2010, a past president of BSCAA Qld (2016-2019), past National President of BSCAA National board (2019 to 2022), Chief Executive Officer (2022 to current) and a Board Director of WFBSC and QLeave.

Debbie Delimitros – President & NSW State Representative

Debbie Delimitros is the General Manager of Eternal Cleaning Services. With over 25 years of experience in customer service, operations, human resources, and administrative support across various industry sectors, her mission is to ensure her team have opportunities to further enhance their skills and experience a safe, clean, green, equitable working environment, a good work-life balance, and are and treated with respect.

Debbie is the President of BSCAA NSW, past Vice President of BSCAA National (2019 to 2022) and current National President (2022 to current).  Debbie is heavily focused on improving industry standards for members. She is committed to working with Government and other industry stakeholders to improve the professionalism of the industry and those who participate within it.

Peter Rundle – vice-president & South Australia State Representative

Peter Rundle has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is the Owner and Managing Director of Frontline Support. Peter’s passion is focused on innovation and the introduction of new technology that will assist members and the industry as a whole. Peter is the BSCAA South Australian representative and has held the role of Vice President of BSCAA National from 2016 -2019 and 2022 to current.

Matthew Collings – Treasurer & Tasmania State Representative 

Matthew Collings has over twenty years of experience within the Commercial Cleaning industry. He is the owner and CEO of Collings Property Services and provides leadership, strategic direction, and overall governance to the company. Matthew started in the industry by working on the tools as a cleaner while undertaking his degree at university. He later moved into the role of Operation Manager assisting his father run the business. He later purchased the business in 2010 and took over running the business.

Matthew has been on the Tasmanian board since 2012, holding the position of President from 2012 to 2018. Matthew is also the current Treasurer for BSCAA National.

Throughout his career, Matthew has always been extremely passionate about the industry. His goal is to improve the industry so it is more equitable for all.

Elias Stamas – Victoria State Representative

Elias Stamas is a senior executive with over 12 years of experience in the Cleaning Industry. He has held the role of Chief Operating Officer at GJK Facility Services since 2018, providing leadership, strategic planning, and tactical execution of business strategy.

Known for his warm demeanour and passion for the industry, Elias has an acute understanding that leadership and people drive the success of an organisation.

As a BSCAA committee member since 2017 and appointed as President in 2018, he is passionate about the success and growth of the industry and is keen to harness the collective power of like-minded individuals and organisations. Elias believes the future of the industry hinges on continued collaboration to learn and exchange best practices to deliver tailored customer-centric solutions.

Mark Nipper – Queensland State Representative

With over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Cleaning sector, Mark has extensive hands-on industry knowledge. Starting as a cleaner in the late 1990s, Mark has worked his way through the ranks to be the owner and Managing Director of Sharman Property Services. Having performed operational, administrative, and sales roles during his career, Mark has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by business owners within the industry. Embracing the benefits of education, Mark has completed a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science, and the capstone Directors course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

External Directors

George Stamas – External Director

George Stamas, (FAIM) (MAICD) has served on the Board as National President from 2014 to 2019, was the National Vice President from 2010 to 2014, and the Victorian State President from 2008 to 2014. George has over 40 years of experience in the building services industry specialising in corporate governance, corporate responsibility, financial management, and large-scale business development and expansion.

George is the Founder and Managing Director of GJK Facility Services and the Director of GJK Indigenous Solutions. George sits on the AustralianSuper Board as an Alternate Director and is a Board Member of the Epworth Medical Foundation and Facility Management Association of Australia. He is also a member of numerous community and charitable organisations.

George holds a Diploma of Marketing from the Australian Institute of Management.

National Secretariat

SONIA MILLER

Sonia has over 20 years in administration in various roles, including her own business.  She has acquired the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications to offer the BSCAA National secretariat role exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills contributing to successfully building effective business relationships with key people to achieve common goals.

As the National Secretariat of the BSCAA, Sonia is responsible for managing administration, membership, events, marketing, communications and governance. She maintains strict confidentiality with a high standard of ethics and integrity.

Sonia has completed a Bachelor of Business, Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Cert III in Business (Administration).
