Becoming a BSCAA member is a great way for businesses to demonstrate their commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. This helps to improve credibility and reliability, while also indicating a strong dedication to providing exceptional service. 

Joining BSCAA is a simple yet powerful way to set yourself apart from the competition and show your clients that you are invested in their success.

Corporate membership is for companies in the Building Service Industry, such as cleaning, facilities management, and ground maintenance.  All our memberships are for 12 months and will renew annually.

To complete the application form, click on the membership level that applies to you.

What happens next?

After completing the application form and submitting payment, your application will go through an approval process. You will receive an email asking you to provide the following information.

  • ASIC Registration of Business
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Workcover insurance
  • Portable Long Service Leave Certificate
  • Labour Hire Licence

Our team will conduct a verification review after receiving your application and documents.

After verifying the application, it will be submitted to the Board for approval. This rigorous process ensures all applicants meet the necessary membership criteria while maintaining the organisation’s integrity.

After approval by the Board, you will receive written confirmation, a membership certificate and badge, plus access to exclusive resources for members.
