Kim Puxty – President (9T’S Asset Management Services)
Kim has worked within the cleaning industry for over 25 years and has completed several industry related courses including a collection of Internal Auditing courses, Cert I & II in Occupational Health & Safety Risk Management and Cert IV in Business Administration, Diploma in Management, Governance for Directors and Financial Training for Board Members of Registered Industrial Organisations. Kim is a Justice of Peace (Qualified) and a member of the AICD.
Kim has been present on the BSCAA Queensland Board since 2010, BSCAA National board since 2017 and a Board Member of QLeave since 2011. Kim became BSCAA National President in 2019.
Debbie Delimitros – Vice-President & NSW State Representative (Eternal Cleaning Services)
With over 25 years experience in customer service, operations, human resources and administrative support across various industry sectors, currently as General Manager of Eternal Cleaning Services, my mission is to ensure our team all have opportunities to further enhance their skills, have a safe, clean, green, equitable working environment, a good work-life balance, and most importantly that everyone is respected, and treated in the same way that I also wish to be treated.
Equally, as President of BSCAA NSW and Vice President of BSCAA National, I am committed to working with Government and other industry stakeholders to improve the professionalism of the industry and all those that participate within it. Debbie became BSCAA National Vice-President in 2019.
Matthew Collings – Treasurer & Tasmania State Representative (Collings Services)
Matthew has been the Director of Collings Services since 2013 and began with the company in 2005. Matthew has been on the Tasmanian board since 2012 and became the BSCAA National Treasurer in 2019.
Elias Stamas – Chief Executive Officer & Victoria State Representative (GJK Facility Services)
Elias Stamas is a senior executive with over 10 years’ experience in the Cleaning Industry. He has held the role of Chief Operating Officer at GJK Facility Services since 2018, providing leadership, strategic planning and tactical execution of business strategy.
Known for his warm demeanour and passion for the industry, Elias has an acute understanding that leadership and people drive the success of an organisation.
As a BSCAA committee member since 2017 he is passionate about the success and growth of the industry and is keen to harness the collective power of likeminded individuals and organisations. Elias believes the future of the Industry hinges on continued collaboration to learn and exchange best practice to deliver tailored customer centric solutions.
Peter Rundle – South Australia State Representative (Frontline Support)
Peter Rundle has many years experience in the industry and is currently the Managing Director of Frontline Support. Peter is the SA State representative and has also spent time as the Vice President of BSCAA National.
Lyn Whelan – Western Australia State Representative Cleaning Council WA (Charles Service Company)
Lyn Whelan is the Operations Manager of Charles Service Company and has been the President of Cleaning Council WA since 2013. Lyn has over 28 years of experience in the industry from management operation to service delivery.
Mark Nipper – Queensland State Representative (Sharman Property Services)
With over 30 years’ experience in the Commercial Cleaning sector, Mark has extensive hands-on industry knowledge. Starting as a cleaner in the late 1990’s, Mark has worked his way through the ranks to be the owner and Managing Director of Sharman Property Services. Having performed operational, administrative and sales roles during his career, Mark has a comprehensive understanding about the challenges faced by business owners within our industry. Embracing the benefits of education, Mark has completed a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science and the capstone Directors course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
George Stamas – External Director (GJK Facility Services)
George Stamas (FAIM) (AICD). BSCCA National President from 2014 to 2019, National Vice President 2010 to 2014 and Victorian State President 2008 to 2014. Has over 40 year’s experience in the industry. Founder and MD GJK Facility Services. Director GJK Indigenous Solutions. Alternate Director of Australian Super. Board Member Epworth Medical Foundation; Board Director of Facility Management Association of Australia.
Terry Corby – External Director (Solutions Property Services)
Terry Corby is the Managing Director of Solutions Property Services and has represented BSCAA on the WFBSC, CAF, National and NSW Boards for many years.
