About BSCAA NSW

BSCAA NSW is a peak employer Association comprised of two divisions – cleaning and security.

BSCAA NSW has over 56 years involvement in the cleaning industry, with the Association’s members representing over 80% of the NSW market, and over 15 years involvement in the security industry.

NSW Executive Committee

The NSW Annual General Meeting was held on the 7th June 2019 at which the 2019 Executive Committee was announced by the Australian Electoral Commission.

PresidentDebbie Delimitros

With over 25 years experience in customer service, operations, human resources and administrative support across various industry sectors, currently as General Manager of Eternal Cleaning Services, my mission is to ensure our team all have opportunities to further enhance their skills, have a safe, clean, green, equitable working environment, a good work-life balance, and most importantly that everyone is respected, and treated in the same way that I also wish to be treated.
Equally as President of BSCAA NSW and Vice President of BSCAA National I am committed to working with Government and other industry stakeholders to improve the professionalism of the industry and all those that participate within it. Debbie became BSCAA National Vice-President in 2019.

Vice President – Jamie Halfhide

Jamie has been serving the cleaning industry since 1991. During this time he has owned small-medium businesses, and has held senior management positions for some of the industry’s most well-respected and regarded organisations.

 For over 12 years Jamie has been actively involved in the BSCAA, serving as NSW Board Member, and Vice-President/Secretary for almost 10 years.

Dean Graoroski

Dean Graoroski has 19 years Industry experience as Managing Director of VDG Services, a leading provider of integrated services solutions to Commercial, Retail, Event, Hospitality and Government institutions throughout Australia.

After starting of as a site manager 1998 and progressing to contract manager for Tempo Services LTD, Dean Joined VDG in 2001 to support VDG’s founder and owner, Vlado Graoroski in managing existing operations and the Company’s rapidly growing client portfolio.

Dean holds a Certificate IV Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Certificate III Information Technology from NSW TAFE, has been an executive member of BSCAA NSW since 2016 and Chairperson of VDG’s Executive Management Committee.

Nicholas Jenkinson

With over 15 years’ experience in the Commercial Cleaning sector, Nicholas has extensive hands on industry knowledge. Starting as a owner operator in early 2000, Nicholas has worked his way through the ranks to be State Manager NSW for Pickwick Integrated Facilities Services.  Having performed operational, administrative and sales roles during his career, Nicholas has a comprehensive understanding about the challenges faced by businesses within our industry. Nicholas has completed an MBA in Management and BA in Business & Marketing.

Sonja Busse

Sonja is an accomplished Client Services’ Manager with 6 years’ experience within the Cleaning Industry. Sonja has a vibrant personality and intimate knowledge and understating of all fundamental components of BIC Services administrative, contractual and operational managerial structures. Her ability to manage client relationships through all phases of a contract and amiable, accessible approach to relationship development ensures exceptionaldelivery in all facets of the cleaning industry.

Denis Boulais 

Qualifications are BSc (UTS), MAppSc (UNSW), MBA (UNE), PhD (UNSW). He manages risk Nationally for Broadlex Services and have around 20 years management experience in the cleaning industry. He specialized in safety, quality, environment, injury management and workers compensation.
