A Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia NSW Division has been scheduled.
The purpose of this meeting is to dissolve the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia, New South Wales Division (BSCAA NSW), and merge with BSCAA Ltd (National), noting that in order to do so the registration of the BSCCA as an organisation under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (Cth) must first be cancelled.
