Peter is the BSCAA South Australian representative and has held the role of Vice President of BSCAA National between 2016 and 2019.

Tom Wightman, COMMITTEE MEMBER
Tom Wightman brings over 20 years’ experience in cleaning and Soft Services Management. His roles have incorporated project management, account management, strategy and planning and sales. He is a proactive Manager that thrives on building client relationships and supporting his teams.
He is a highly experienced and performance-driven senior leader with an outstanding track record for delivering change and driving performance objectives across SME, large business and multi-nationals. Tom achieves scalable growth through focused business management balanced with risk management and continuous improvement programs.
Ben Morgan, COMMITTEE MEMBER
With offices in SA, VIC, QLD and NT and numerous supply chain networks around the country, SCC has become a significant national business. SCC has had a long-term relationship with BSCAA over the last 16 years and has enjoyed many of the services and benefits of the BSCAA membership.
As the Group Chief Operating Officer of Southern Cross Cleaning, Ben Morgan oversees all aspects of operations, business development and HR ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality cleaning services across all contracts. Ben ensures compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, while also driving business growth through strategic planning and contract management.

As General Manager of Servicing SA, my responsibility is for all aspects of contract management including client liaison, budget control, and customer service.
Possessing a sound and extensive knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals, allows our team of over 450 x employees to provide the best service possible to our clients, as well as looking after our employees.
This is possible with more than 22 years’ experience in the industry and highly qualified in all aspects of the tendering process, contract management, and employee training/supervision
