The New Industrial Relations Landscape by Mark Diamond, Workplace Advisory Group
Mark Diamond has been advising cleaning businesses on matters involving workplace law since 1982. In his presentation to BSCAA QLD Mark will take us through the recent changes to the Fair Work Act and explains how dramatically the landscape has changed for employers. Marks believes that the recent changes to the Act constitute the biggest shift in power away from employers and to unions (and to employees) since the 1980s.
