In recognition of International Women’s Day – “Accelerate Action

Join us in Queensland for an inspiring afternoon at the BSCAA Women in Leadership Lunch. This special occasion will also celebrate the Qld Women in Leadership Awards 2025, recognising outstanding women leaders in the building service industry. The event will feature two remarkable guest speakers who will share their experiences and insights. This is an inclusive event, and we warmly encourage men to attend.

Dominique Lamb, the Small Business Commissioner since December 2022, brings a wealth of experience in industrial relations and employment law, and she is committed to improving the business environment for small businesses in Queensland.

Established new industry roundtables for policy discussions.

Passionate advocate for social causes, especially domestic and family violence.

Tracy Cooper Change Specialist

We are thrilled to have Tracy Cooper as a special guest. With almost 30 years of experience, Tracy is a Change Specialist and Coach who supports senior leaders to tackle the challenges of leading teams and implementing change in their organisations.

With her combined expertise in leadership, change management and facilitation, she utilises theory and turns this into a proven practical approach to guide leaders in their leadership journey.

Her notable achievements include:

  • Facilitating the “Building Rural Leaders Program” for the Qld Government
  • She is a qualified Prosci Change Management practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach and an advocate of continuous improvement & action learning
  • She was the Co – Founder of SeeChange Consulting and lead that business for 23 years and in that time was a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards
  • In 2024 Tracy commenced her individual journey as Tracy Cooper Change Specialist.

Tracy has significant experience that provides valuable insights for leaders in leading themselves, their teams and change within their businesses.
