BSCAA Queensland (QLD) is proud to present the latest member initiative, an event solely focussed on Women in Leadership in our industry; this event is open to all members. BSCAA QLD recognises the importance of women in our industry and acknowledges the support of peers and colleagues who encourage their efforts.
The 2021 AustralianSuper Excellence Awards introduced the inaugural Women in Leadership Award, which received broad support across the membership.
The BSCAA has since identified an opportunity to further recognise the Women in Leadership Award, celebrating women of all levels in our industry in leadership roles with a dedicated event. Each year in March, BSCAA QLD’s Women in Leadership event will be the platform to acknowledge and celebrate the women in leadership roles in our industry.
Join us on Friday, March 25, as we proudly launch the 2023 Women in Leadership Awards at this event, which will open for nomination in late 2022.
In recognition of International Women’s Day 2022 and to celebrate the women of our industry, the BSCAA has arranged keynote presenter Sarah Yip, Founder and Managing Director of the Leaders Lounge. Sarah will be discussing the increasing importance of Emotional Intelligence as a leadership skill and business tool, plus how to accelerate results within the business.
