Meet Our MC “Dipper” Robert DiPierdomenico
We are thrilled to have George Kapiniaris as our MC for the evening! Robert DiPierdomenico, known as “Dipper,” is a retired Australian rules footballer who played for Hawthorn from 1975 to 1991. A key figure in one of the club’s most successful eras, he played 240 games, kicked 130 goals, and was part of five day and four night premierships. Honoured in the VFL/AFL Italian Team of the Century, Dipper is one of the most celebrated Italian Australians in the game.
