THE HON. Mick Veitch

Mick Veitch is an experienced political leader with 16 years in the NSW political scene, particularly under the Minns Labor Government. He has held key roles such as Parliamentary Secretary and Shadow Minister, serving on the front bench from 2011 to 2023 in areas like Industry, Trade & Investment, Regional Development, Water, and Primary Industries.

Veitch is known for his decision-making skills and understanding of business realities. He has a strong grasp of federal-state relations and effective issues management. His extensive network within NSW Parliament and the governments in Macquarie Street and Canberra supports his insights into policy development and parliamentary processes.

Born in Gundagai and raised in rural NSW, Veitch is a committed advocate for regional communities.
